Basic audio functions are available under Audio -> Full processing mode + Use advanced filtering -> Filters -> Add... If you need more powerful filtering, you can readily demux sound (File->SaveWAV) and use any suitable sound editor...

Dropmenu 'Audio' is available in VDub only. The same possibilities in VDMod are under Streams -> Stream List -> rightclick on the audiostream you want to filter...
