does the alpha parameter work in the subtitler filter, if yes what is the syntax to use it ? if not... is there an another way to have (in french it's called "fondu enchainé") : one sentence (or it could be a picture) which appears little by little from back to foreground... (by switching transparency)

Try with the commands fade in/fade out in avisynth...
