Wanted: Filter Inserting System Clock/date, Need help!

I need filter for VirtualDub that can insert system date/clock into the video file capturing from TV-tuner. If such filter doesn't exist, is there any program different from VirtualDub that can overlay clock? Maybe not in real time?
Will be very grateful for any help.

There's also Thomas Hargrove's Add Frame Number / Timestamp, which is very flexible.
