Just a simple question:
Is there any filter/option in virtualdub, to switch the audio-channels of a 2-channel wav and/or mp3 audio-stream?

I mean stereo left turns to right and vice versa.

Perhaps.
Enable advanced filtering, and try stereo split + stereo merge to switch the channels (don't forget the input/output blocks)
