Video Capture With A Wintv Pci Card

Hello all,
I want to now how record 15 minutes files with format date-hh:mm.avi from my WinTV PCI card using VirtualDUB Job Files or something, I try some but not with good results.

Is a Cycle process when finish the first 15 minutes video record, automatly continue record the next 15 minutes, not stop.

Help is wellcome...
