Hello,
I use the "null transform" filter to crop unneeded areas from my video.
After I define the area I click on OK and the fitler is applies.
However, when I go to "Save as AVI..." (Direct processing) I get the same AVI as output
the area was not cropped.
Why?
I followed the same steps of several tutorials...always the same output

You can't use Direct Stream Copy with filters.
