Please Help Me Out!, Damn fps 30.0030

I want to append 2 avi's together but it won't let me cause it's not the same fps rate, 30.00030 vs. 30.000. er.. how can i chagne this, if u change i could only change the last 3 digits, not the ten thousandths or the hundred thousandths ,

CAN SOME1 PLZ TELL ME!!!
