How do I get to fiddle with keyframes with my captured video?
See, i´d like to experiment different settings.
Can anybody show me the STEPS?

Seems to me Gordian Knot does a pretty good job with keyframe manipulation. You can get it through doom9.org. After you install it, open it and read phase4 in the help tab.
