The requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format. Check that the sampling rate and channel count of the input mactch those of the requested format

thats the message i get when i try to extract the audio or even try to encode a movie with the audio with it on full processing mode. heres my file info.

You probably have your chosen audio output compression set to some setting that is not 48kHz; while your input/source material has 48kHz audio. For example if you were decoding to a 44kHz .wav file or to a 44kHz mp3 this could happen.

Try playing with the Audio > Conversion settings, or choose a different output compression setting or codec.

Hint: VirtualDub can't convert 5 channels to 2. rolleyes.gif

how do u convert 5 channels to 2????????
