Making a program out of VD that only resize the divx file, does anybody have a version that does that or could anybody be so kind to make one for me. It's really importent, I need it fast. All help will be rewarded.

Not possible. Resizing an existing AVI means always complete reencoding if any form of video compression was used, so you always need Vdub as is, a 'reduced' version will not do the job .....
