That depends on how it was split. If you used "Save segmented AVI" then VirtualDub will join them automatically when you open the first segment (make sure "Automatically detect and load additional segments" is checked).
If you split them up manually, or if you have edited any of the segments since they were split, start by opening the first segment. Then use "Append AVI segment", choose the second segment, and check the box that says "Autodetect additional segments by filename." This assumes that you have numbered the segments like "blabla01.avi", "blabla02.avi", "blabla03.avi", etc. If not you'll have to append each segment one by one. 
Once the segments are joined in VirtualDub, set both video and audio to "Direct Stream Copy" and save it to a new AVI.
