I have two versions of an *.avi movie:
One version with good video part and bad audio. A second version with bad video part and good audio.
Obviously I want to join somehow the both good parts.
Whats the recommended solution?
Assume I load the second version and want to extract ("demux") the embedded mp3 audio track? How do I do this with VD? I found no "demux" menu entry.
Is saving as WAV the only way? That would mean quality loss because I have to re-encode it later.
Other question: The menu
Audio--->Audio from other file
offers to load an audio from another *.avi file
Is this correct? Can I directly import the audio track from another AVI video?
Thanks Matt

File > Export Raw audio should save as mp3
Then Audio > Audio from other file.
Let it autodetect the bitrate and save with the video Direct stream copy. |
