Hey all,

I was just wondering if anybody has had any success doing post processing editing work with Vitualdub on files transferred from TiVo. I've been using KMTTG to transfer it to my PC and decode it to a usable MPEG-2 file, but for some reason when I try to IVTC the 29.97 MPEG-2s to get a 23.976 file I still end up with quite a few blended frames. Yet if I use a capture card and just capture the output from the TiVo I can come up with fairly clean frames -- the downside of course being that the quality isn't nearly as high as just editing the raw MPEG-2 streams. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
