Vd Terminates Video Processing

When I processing video using VD HUFFYUV codec and multisegment saving avi (2000MB), processing is terminated any time on dot at 97000 frames or aprox. 1hour and 4mins. Why? I need processing video stream longer than 97000 frames. Thanks for help.

Look at the Capture->Stop conditions and make sure nothing is ticked there.
