I do not understand why there is not Divx in virtual dub. I have uninstalled and installed divx codec 6 times and yet it will never show up on virtual dub. If anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative. |

If you are using Vdub64: DivX is a 32 bit codec, so you need to use the 32 bit version VirtualDub.

I am running 64 bit vista so I need to run 64 bit Virtual dub correct? |

No, the 32-bit version works fine on a 64-bit OS. |
