Fraps To Windows Movie Maker, How?

how can i turn a fraps clip to be able to be used in windows movie maker.
i have 64bit vista btw
im a bit of a nub.

Open windows movie maker and click Import file then select the Fraps video.. wait for windows movie maker to import the "chapters" then select the part you like..

I don't have Vista but in XP you need media maker V2.1 (free download) since the V1 was faulty.

Note however that this has nothing to do with VirtualDub.. But if you want to convert the final video into a Xvid format then best to save the final video as an uncompress format and then you can process it, resize / remove borders / compress to xvid divx x264 in VirtualDub.
