Problem With Shaky Video

I have this video that only works with Video Lan Player. When I try t convert it with virtualdub or virtualdubmod I can see the video but it turns out to be kinda shaky. The image doesn't flow normally. Can it be a problem with the frame rate (25 fps). I've been converting videos for quite sometime but this problem never came along.

You have ffdshow or xvid installed and you can't play this video in WMP? That's very odd...

I can also play the video with PowerDVD. The video plays ok with it.

I never had problems converting files with virtualdub before... Guess there's always a first time...

I'll keep on figuring out what's wrong...
