Dx50 Problem, help

Hi when i load a certain avi file into virtualdub i get this error message.

couldnt locate decompressor for format 'DX50' virtualdub requerse a video for windows (VFW) comptable codec to decompress video. Direct show codecs, such as those used by windows media player are not suitable.


Can anyone please help ive searched and searched for this DX50 codec and i have the latest divx pro package installed.

OK sorry i found the answer i didnt reolise it would be older than 30 days.
For anyone else that has the same problem use fourcc to change the codes from dx50 to divx and it works. Or change the search to older than 30days DUH!! rolleyes.gif so im stupid.
