Mpeg Layer-3 56Kbit/s 44,100 Hz Stereo

I have been using 56Kbit/s 24,000 Hz Stereo for compressing my audio.

I would like to have the other.
Does anyone on here know if it exists or not, and if it does how can I get it?

Use the search function here first before posting ( rule #1 ) ... go search the internet for 'mp3 codec' and install one of them, you have only the limited M$ MP3 codec on your machine ...

--------------------
Visit the unofficial Virtualdub support forum on http://forums.virtualdub.org - help to reduce the big number of emails Avery Lee is getting every day !!
Support matroska as container and Gstreamer as the only truely open, x-platform multimedia platform ....

I have been doing many searches for this particular codec, and asking
people to ask around, but have had no luck.
I have installed a few things on my machine, but none have this one I am looking for.
Point me in the right direction, and I'll be happy to search there.
