AngelPotion is a bad version of an illegal codec. Remove that codec and install DivX 5.02 again (or better yet: download the recently released 5.03). Make sure you set DivX5 to handle DivX3 content as well (so it will take over the appropriate FOURCC handlers).

The method used to remove a codec depends on your Windows version. If you use XP, go to "Control Panel", choose "Sounds and Audio Devices", "Hardware", "Video Codecs", "Properties". There you'll get a list of codecs and can remove the ones you don't need/want.
In Windows 9x, go to "Control Panel", choose "Multimedia", "Devices", "Video Compression Codecs", choose the codec to remove, click "Properties", then "Remove".
