Dear VirtualDub friends!
I am new here, but I have been using VD since 2004. I have just updated to V1.8.8 and it seems to deal better with more codec's like H.264.
But guys, what about Vob? Is there any programme in the market that deals easily and simply with cutting Vob's?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! |

I haven't used virtualdub succesfully with .vob . But it does open it, I am having codec issues currently so the video comes out glitchy for a few frames. But it does open it. Just a matter of having the proper codecs.
I use virtualdubmod all the time for .vob though. Works fine, just make sure to deinterlace the source. |

You need to install the MPEG2 plugin to open VOBs in Virtualdub. I would install all the other plugins while you're at it (except for the MP4 filter which conflicts with the Quicktime plugin).
