I'm new to the forum and new to Vista as a result of a new PC purchase. For the past 3 yrs, I'd been happily using VirtualDib with Windows 2000 until the motherboard died. With Vista, I no longer have a choice of the MPEG4 options for compression when I use VDub, and end up with larger files than the source file.
I saw the July 3 post in the Codec Discussion and am wondering if there are any new developments since then.
I'm minimally computer-literate and ask that you keep that in mind in your response.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
