There is the last VirtDubb ver. 1.8.5 in which I can create project, start it in a job control, then I can open another instance of the VirtDubb and continuing create another projects, which is automatically added as a next job in the first instant of VirtDubb, and it continuing encoding until all job is finished. But newest versions do not allowing to do that. The first program instance, when finished it's job do not see another jobs from a second programs instance. So if I closed second instance all new created jobs simply will be lost. In this case I need manually start the job control for a second program instance.

This is still supported as long as you explicitly select a shared job file in Job Control. Does this not work? If you're not doing that and just starting two copies in default mode, well, that's not guaranteed to work (and possibly guaranteed not to work). |
