Why Cpu Ressource Is Still 30%, i can t increase ressource use from cpu

Hi all
my problem is
i encoded with p4 3.2 and my cpu was only 30% of charge on vdub
Actually i got two Xeon 3.06 and my cpu are always a 30% of use,
So i would know where i can increase cpu work i want use like 80% or more
Cause Two xeon a 30% ........... that sucks
i tried to use two vdub in same time, and encoding, each cpu still 30% of work
there is any fix to increase ressource or it s normal
??
i don t speak about process priority but % of use of cpu
i want use fully...
Please any help thks you

Did You ever try to increase the process priority in Task manager ?
I think you could double the performance by this.
You run Windows XP or 2000, right?
