I search but nothing to found all dl are dead 
I need Virtualdub with mpeg2 or (Vob) with ac3,i wanna build divx clips with ac3 sound 
or other tool
who can help me i need a easy tool

Try this for audio transcoding. Be Sweet GUI

Also look into AVI-Synth. Using AVS-scripts and AVI-Synth plug-ins, you can find a way to decode and convert most formats.
