I think I have similar problem. I captured video using Pinnacle PCTV Pro card with MPEG-2 DVD quality. When I try to open this file I get a dialog box with the following error message:
MPEG Import Filter: pack synchronization error
What could cause this, how can I fix it? |

VirtualDub cannot open MPEG-2 files. To open MPEG-2 file you have to use a different program you could try VirtualDubMOD or a program I made
