Problem With Video Encoding

Hello, I'm new.
I demuxed an .OGM file, as result I got an .avi file with no audio, I tried to resize the video to 640x480 Precise Bicubic A=1.00 with XviD codec 1-Pass 100% but whenever I try to encode it (Save Avi) I only get the video file with the first frame frozen throughout the file lenght, it happens with any other setting I put, with an OGM file.. I would like to know how to fix this problem, thanks in advance.
