Hello,
First I would like to say, I'm french so please excuse my english.
I'm using Virtualdub 1.9.11 on windows 7 64 bits without problems.
A few days ago, I try to cut a mp4, First I noticed that the mp4 file that I wanted to cut does not appear, so I selected all file types and file appeared but when the selected cut I got the following error message : " The file "E:\unknow.mp4" is of an unknown or unsupported file type".
I do not understand, I tried to reinstall several times virtualdub and codecs k-lite codec pack but it does not work, mp4 files no longer appear.
Has anybody an idea how to solve this problem?
