I first noticed the issue after installing PremiereAVSPlugin. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling PremiereAVSPlugin, VirtualDub, Avisynth and cleaned my registry with CCleaner. Now VDub will not open ANY avs files . No idea where to go from here. Internet search yielded no help...
Don't know if it's of any importance but the PremiereAVSPlugin page says: "For the technically minded: dependence on virtualdub is now gone and all resizing/conversions are done using Avisynth internals".
TMPGenc will not open either. Something is terribly wrong I'm afraid Did a virus scan...no problem there. |

You possible have a corrupt file in your auto-loading plugin directory.
Move all of the files out, then try to open a simple "Version()" script. If that works then start moving files back in until is crashes again.
Use binary chop to speed the process, i.e. move in half the files and test, either move the next quarter in or a quarter out until you find the problem file. etc etc |
