Maybe you need to install some required runtime library packages, e.g. MSVC version ???

OK
¿What library suld install?
I really shure what is only a small dll or something, but you now give me a clue, the program saids that the version is not compatible, its maybe "significa" , I have alredy one version of the program, dll, runtime or wherever

Only I need now is:
-Know what "·$%& program, dll, runtime or wherever is
-Actualice

I post because someone in the future can have the same problem, and post here because, you know more than the common.

The error you posted is usually caused by missing libraries. The newer VC runtimes are usually present on Vista/W7 but are missing on XP. Hence the guess.

You did not say which version of logo.vdf you were having trouble with. If you tell us exactly which version it is and where you got it from, we might be able to make a better guess at what you are missing.

It's x86 and x64 - there's no such thing as x32

32bit OS is x86
64bit OS is x64
