Can you play the videos normally in Virtualdub? It would be helpful to know what you were doing at the time, which codecs you were using, and if there was more to the error message, then also include that.

Hi,

It could be a lot more helpful to know what "error" exactly "continue". Please retry saving and write down (in details) what is going on.

Normally this feature (saving avi) should work fine, as it's the core feature (and the meaning of life) for this software and probably have been tested a lot smile.gif

However there can be some strange behaviour because of various settings and codecs. For example an "error -100" sometimes occur when codec refuses to work. Probably size and/or framerate (for mpeg) settings are not codec-friendly or target bitstream set too low.
