I'm using Windows vista and using VD Ver. 1.7.

What's source audio properties? Use File information option. Check used GSpot and MediaInfo.
Go to Conversion... and try change settigs.

Go to Conversion... and try change settigs. | Sorry, but I don't understand what you're telling me to do. Some of the compression methods to show the different bit rates, but for some reason most don't. Thats what I'm trying to figure out. |

Some codecs not support specific sampling rate, precision or channels.
Just check source audio properties. 8-bit or 16-bit or 24-bit? Mono or stereo or multichannel? 8000 Hz or 11025 Hz or 22050 Hz or 44100 Hz or 48000 Hz or other?

Another thing that's odd is that you somehow have two versions of the Fraunhofer-IIS MP3 audio codec installed in your system. One of them may be the l3codecx.acm version, which doesn't have any encoding support. |
