Losing Resize&crop With 2-pass Encoding

With the ALL CVS build, if you encode a movie
(MPEG2) with 2-pass you lose the resize&crop settings,
done when opening the MPEG2 file. The only solution is
to use the filters to do the same effects. Bye!
