Feature Request:
Add a menu called 'File/Edit Job List' option in the Job window that 'shell calls' Notepad with the current jobfile.

Problem:
This causes a problem before processing starts... Has the file been changed?

Solution 1:
It is possible to refresh the Job List just by loading it again (using menu: File/Load Job List), but an additional menu option called File/Refresh Job List would not be such a bad idea...

Solution 2:
You could insert a 'job-file-changed-check' routine in top of your 'Start' button routine (and of course some initial checking (file-size) when the job-window opens).

However:
Even though solution 2 is the best (in my opinion) solution 1 would be nice to have too, so the window itself can be updated with any changes made, before pressing 'Start'.

Why are you editing the job file by hand so frequently that you want an option for doing so?

Because I often do 'almost the same filtering' on lots of files. Its an easy way to copy jobs and alter filenames. Yes I know I can process the directory, but sometimes other parameters needs to be changed. And sometimes I even save a few job-files and use notepad to merge them together into one job file.

Hey... Thats an idea too... smile.gif

When I want to reapply the same job to multiple files, I make the input and output filenames generic. I rename the source file accordingly and rename it and the output file back when done.
