| I downloaded the AC-3 ACM Codec it says to right click on the inf. file but there is no inf. file to click on. Is it me or is the program just not like me? |

| You have disable hide extensions for known file types in folder settings? |

| Or look for a file with an icon depicting a cyan colored mechanical gear. As far as I remember - explorer displayed ".inf" files that way - just like ".reg" ones. |
