Usb Capture Device For A Mac?

Hey guys,

I have a PC with an internal capture card, but my friend has a Mac laptop and wants to do some capturing with it. It's not really my area, so I figured I would ask here. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent USB capture device that is capable of getting at least 720p HD video. Thanks smile.gif
