Basic problem: .mp4 video from my GoPro camera loads but I get a message that the audio codec is missing.

The AACACM codec appears to be the one I need.

I downloaded AACACM.zip.

I tried to install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

I get an error message, "Cannot copy to destination directory" (but doesn't say what directory that is).

When I click Retry, I am asked whether I want to skip files, and finally, "installation failed."

What directory is the installer trying to install to, and what is the problem? Maybe the directory is read-only?

Is there a manual install so I can discover the problem and get past it?

Ah, I think that I found it -- in a response to my same problem with a previous installation: I had to right click and click on "Run as administrator" in the ocnext menu.

There's a workflow issue here, and the error message could be more helpful.
