Hello
I got a problem with virtual dub. I hope you can help me and I'm asking correct (right forum and so on)

I've captured a large file (about 9 GB). When I try to recompress it either VD doesn't write the audio to the target file at all (if I cut the beginning) , or it stops after about an hour (of the video length, not compressing time).
The audio of the source file seems absoltely right.

I'm using Win 2000, VD 1.4.10, DivX 5.02 and MP3.
If you need any more informationtell.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
I had a simillar problem with Lame mp3 encoder and Fraunhoffer mp3 encoder (advanced). In my case VirtualDub stopped after about 14 minutes.
