You know I can't resist. tongue.gif Microsoft and their software have their place. Just like AOL floppies/CDs make good coasters. biggrin.gif

Back to the MCF name game. Any ideas? Should we go for a Xiph like name derived from obscure 20th century fiction or stick with the alphabet soup anagrams used thus far?

No killing from my side for sure ..... but i admit i am freightened about what would happen once Avery decided to release a new Vdub with ASF support .. maybe the end for MCF ?

Would Avery do such a thing after they scorned him so? After the way they behaved they should beg him to re-impliment ASF. As far as i am concerned Virtualdub is just fine without ASF support.

It'd be nice just to be able to open them in VD, screw saving ASFs

Little bit-o duct tape and the hole is gone. Duct tape holds the world together and was a devine invention of God I believe. For instance Jesus walking on water. I hear there was duct tape involved.

Yes there is a Mozilla project under that name IIRC.
