64-bit Mpeg2 Codec?

Is there a 64-bit version of fcchandler's MPEG2 input codec?

I'd like to compare the encoding/transcoding speed of the 64-bit version to the 32-bit version, but it doesn't do me any good if I can't get mpeg2 working.

Apologies if this is a FAQ, I tried googling it.
