Yeah they use the new version since some time (almost 1 month) now. They said a few days ago that since they didn't find any major problem with it they decided to include it in their tool.
Well it's true they didn't really ask before using it but anyway their tool was being tested (alpha/beta versions) and moreover our sources are available to everybody via our CVS (if we didn't want it to be spread we wouldn't have put the sources in the CVS ).
I merged the matroska support in our current CVS yesterday so there is no more 'normal' version and 'special matroska' version .
