| Hi! I am new to vdub. I tried to put and overlay image, actually my logo onto the video. In the preview window it showed my logo. And in the output windows it showed. Then i saved the avi and tried to play with real player but there the logo is gone. I re-open this file in vdub and it neither shows my logo  |

| Hmmm, in the Video menu make sure Full processing mode is selected BEFORE you save the avi file. If you don't select full processing mode, then the selected filters will not be used. The only other thing I can think of is that when you opened the Save AVI dialog box, at the bottom you might have had "Don't run this job now; add it to job control so I can run it in batch mode" CHECKED. If this was checked then you really didn't save a new AVI file (it was postponed for batch processing) and maybe you just tried to play the original AVI thinking it was the new one. Other than that, I've never had VDub fail to use the filters, as long as I've set it up correctly. Bit. |
