what is the best way to change the resolution on my video? I am trying to import video for authoring to Adobe Encore DVD, but it will not let you work with video unless the resolution is already 720x480, 720x486, or 704x480. How can I change my resolutions to that? Better yet, what can I use to get my video on Adobe Encore? Is there a way around it?

Thanks.

If you are trying to make a DVD, stick to 720 x 480 in any case for NTSC DVDs, any other resolution may result in unplayable DVDs. To resize your movie accordingly, you have to switch Virtualdub to 'full processing' mode in 'video', and then insert a resizing filter in 'video' 'filters' ...... what is your source movie ? DV footage ? in AVI format ? you have a DV codec installed already ? more details please .....
