| Hi, I was wondering if there is a simpler way to normelize (to 100%) the audio volume of a video file? the procidure I used was like that: saveing the audio stream as a wave file....doing what ever we want with the audio.....and muxing the audio with the video again. Isn't there a way to normelize the volume inside virtualdub? (without gussing by how much we want to amplify the volume, or extracting the audio.) thanks. Elad Soffer  |

| Dont think so, but maybe there is is someone out there, that developped a modification of VDub that can ? |

 Hello, ElSo, and welcome to the forum.I also have to go through this same procedure all the time, so I am in total agreement that an audio normalization feature would be nice to have. Maybe some C++ programmer (even Avery!) will read your post and become inspired. Heck, I may attempt it myself if I get time. |
