| Ok, so I just made a video from various clips in Virtualdub. I then added "Audio from other file" to my video (to play during the whole video), but the audio from other file stops playing after the first clip, and then I hear audio from the video playing completely out of sync. I was able to fix this by first saving the video as .avi without the other audio, then load my saved video in Virtualdub and then add the other audio to it and save it as .avi again. Is it supposed to work like that...? I then wanted to add fade in / out effects between the clips using the curve editor (after watching a tutorial). After I was done, and checking the preview to see if everything was right, I went to save my video. Turns out the saved video doesn't have the fade effects in it... Did I miss something there? When saving the video it does show the fade effects during the saving process and having "Show output video" on. edit: Also I just tried the fade effect on a short test clip, and when saving the video there it works just fine... I'm confused... |
