Unofficial VirtualDub Support Forums > Newbie Questions > Using Append In Virtual Dub

How can I use the Append option in Virtual Dub to not select all the avi files in one folder?

Example Folder contains the following:

movie001.avi
movie002.avi
movie003.avi
movie004.avi

If I do the append on files movie001.avi and movie002.avi it also adds the movie003 and movie004 files to the append! How do I prevent the movie003 and movie004 files from being added to the append? The only way I have found to get around this is to put only what I want to append in its own seperate folder or rename the files. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank You,

Vince

There is an option at the bottom of the append dialog for this....

Thank You for the reply! All works ok now! Even with 20-20 vision some days one cannot see the forest through the trees.
