| I have to cut some frames from .mpeg videos to put them into a CD. I use VirtualDub and I can't save in .mpeg . So, what kind of codec is better to have smaller files and manage to use only a CD? Please reply Thank you |

| Which is the length of your movie? You can use DivX, Xvid or even mpeg (using ReMpeg2). My guess is that DivX is your best choice. But, of course, everything depends on the length of the movie. |

| I have a concert divided by the songs. All the songs together are about 730Mb. Each song has a final "spot" by the ripper. I tried to delete the final frames to save MB... and now there is the problem.... what kind of codec? with a divx compression the files are anyway bigger than the original ones. Please help me  Thank you |

| Thatīs because u have to select a specify bitrate, when compressing with divx, so your files can fit on a cd. U can fit 720MB on a single cd, just use the overburn options in your burner program. Tell me, cutting the lasts frames donīt give you 720MB? |

| Use divx 5 and just turn down the bit-rate. Also, use MP3 audio compression at whatever quality you will be satisfied with. |
