dll isn't in both dll pack on download official site!

| As said in the http://virtualdub.everwicked.com/index.php?act=ST&f=12&t=1719 you need to install the official 2.5.1 AviSynth package (available on AviSynth homepage) and then replace avisynth.dll by Belgabor's mod in the system directory. |
