How can i use a filter on only a part of the whole movie?

Cut the movie in 3 pieces. The piece that comes before. The one you want to edit. And the piece that comes last. Edit the target piece and save. Then splice all 3 pieces back together.

Also, try Conditional Filter, I've used it once and it worked. cool.gif
