Hello, i have a lot of photos taken by my cam and add them to a timelapse video with virtualdub.
Is there a way to read the date and time of shooting of the JPG (from file properties) and write it as a timestamp into the video?
I didnt find a filter for this until now.
Thanks. |

I don't know such filter. For a time being 1. make copy of all images 2. then process them with IrfanView: File/Batch... Advanced/Overlay text... Simple file timestamp or even camera serial number infos
ps. making copy no need - IrfanView can write as new files anyways. |

Thanks for this idea. I always use XnView, but it has also a batch conversion. First tests with it look good. Needs some time to convert all images, because i also need to rotate them a bit and crop them, what i did in virtualdub before, but im sure this will save some time in rendering the video. |
